Building Your Own Agent

You're not limited to the built-ins. From the Agents tab you can create your own
agent and tune everything about it:

• Identity — name, icon, description.
• Model settings — which model it uses, its creativity (temperature), and answer

length limits.

• Abilities — which tool bundles it gets (see Abilities).
• Prompts & skills — its standing instructions and its knowledge packs (see

Prompts & Context and Skills (On-Demand Knowledge)).

• The agent loop — which optional steps run, via the visual diagram (see The Agent Loop).
• Safety & guardrails — which actions count as risky and need confirmation.
• Members & access — whether anyone with the link can chat, or only registered or

specifically authorised people.

Config fields auto-save as you change them (a small green check flashes). Admins can
Save as Template to turn a tuned agent into a reusable template for everyone. You
can also drag agents into your preferred order, and that order follows your account.

An agent with the Agent Management ability can even do much of this for you,
conversationally — "make me an assistant that drafts emails and knows our style guide."
