Web Access (Search, Weather, Maps)

The Web Access ability gives an agent three everyday, no-account-needed
capabilities:

• Web search — look things up on the open web.
• Weather — current conditions and forecasts for a place.
• Maps & geocoding — turn a place name into coordinates (and back), and measure

straight-line distance between points.

All three use free public services, so there's nothing to sign in to or pay for. Turn
the ability on per agent (and at the app level) and the tools appear; see Abilities.
